Automation Settings Disabled During Pump Operation or Errors

In the past, our automation settings could be updated even while the pump was running or if there was an error. However, to ensure smooth operation and improve safety, we have now disabled the automation settings when the pump is running or if there is an error.

This means that to update the automation settings, the pump must be turned off. This ensures that changes to the automation settings are made in a safe and controlled manner, preventing any unintended consequences during pump operation. It also helps to minimise the risk of errors or mishaps due to changes made while the pump is running or experiencing an error.

How Does This Benefit You?

This update to the automation settings brings several benefits to our customers:

  1. Improved Safety: By disabling the automation settings during pump operation or errors, we are prioritizing safety and minimizing the risk of unintended consequences or errors caused by changes made during active pump operation.

  2. Enhanced Control: Requiring the pump to be turned off to update the automation settings gives you better control over when and how changes are made, ensuring that updates are implemented as intended and with appropriate caution.

  3. Increased Reliability: With this update, we are ensuring that automation settings are only updated when the pump is not running, reducing the likelihood of errors or issues caused by changes made during active operation.
