ℹ️ 18/04/23 7:05 AM (AEST) UPDATE: Our satellite partner has informed us that they are still in the process of implementing recovery procedures to restore services, which are expected to take an additional 10-12 hours. Once the recovery is complete, services will be gradually restored in a sequenced manner.

As a precaution, we recommend that you manually check your satellite monitors that are showing a "Delay" status.

⚠️ Please note that you will receive an SMS alert if your monitors have been affected by the outage.

You may still receive alerts during this time, however, be mindful that these have been triggered based on outdated data.

We are diligently working with our satellite partners towards resolving the issue as soon as possible.
