Sometimes, errors can occur during the pump control process. Understanding the meaning of these error codes and taking appropriate troubleshooting steps can help in resolving the issue and ensuring smooth operation. Here are some common error codes and their troubleshooting steps:

What Happens when an Error Occurs

Automation is Paused Immediately

If an error is detected during automated pump control, the system will pause the automation process. This means that the pump will not receive any further commands until the error has been resolved.

Automation Settings Disabled

If the pump control is either running or experiencing an error, the automation settings will be temporarily disabled. This means that you will not be able to update or modify the automation settings until the error condition is resolved.

Troubleshooting Steps

Error while sending action

This error occurs when there's a problem sending a command to the pump due to technical issues.

  1. You will be notified if there has been any technical problems or outages. Please check your email inbox and/or phone about any information.

  2. If you have not received any information about an outage, please reach out to Customer Service

  3. Once the issue is resolved, try starting the pump again by clicking the 'Start' button.

Communications error

This error means there's a problem with the communication between the system and the pump, often related to satellite communication or other issues.

We do not have confirmation whether the action has been received by the Monitor.

  1. Check the status of the Monitor, including battery issues or if it is in Delay status.

  2. If everything looks fine, try starting the pump again by clicking the 'Start' button.

  3. If the issue persists, please reach out to Customer Service

Communications failed

This error occurs when the system couldn't deliver the command to the pump, possibly because the pump is turned off.

  1. Check the status of the Monitor, including battery issues or if it is in Delay status.

  2. If there is a delay but not a battery issue, make sure the pump is turned on.

  3. If everything looks fine, try starting the pump again by clicking the 'Start' button.

  4. If the issue persists, please reach out to Customer Service

Error at machine

This error can happen if there's a problem with the machine or if the system is out of sync for some unknown reason.

If you have sensing feedback wired into your machine.

We have identified that your machine has failed to start or spontaneously stopped working.

You will have to go to

  1. If your pump has sensing feedback, it might indicate a legitimate error with the machine. Check if there are any specific error messages related to the machine's status.

  2. If you don't have sensing feedback, it could be a syncing issue that requires assistance from our technical team.
