Background
The Device Details page is where you are able to see more information about your device and edit certain settings.
To get to Device Details page:
Click Enterprise Settings
Click on Devices
Find the individual device and click on it
Use the device details page to see information like:
Device Name
Site that the device sits within
Device Type
Serial Number
Backhaul
Wired and wireless sensors
Last boot time
Lat and Long coordinates
You can also see the list of sensors connected to that device and related sensors (such as a Water Tank linked to a Pump Control), as well as the battery graph and device location.
View list of devices
View all the devices on your enterprise and a summary of their details. Click on any one to see more details and connected sensors.
✏️ Quick Tip: You can easily search for the Water Tank you want by typing the name in the search field.
Edit device name
Go to your settings
Click Devices
Click into the device you want to add a name too
Go to Device Details
Update text
Click Save
Change the device's site
Go to your settings
Click Devices
Click the device you wish to change sites
Go into Device Details
Select site from dropdown list
Click Save
