Here at FarmRaise, supporting our farmers and exceeding their expectations is what gets us out of bed in the morning, and gives us purpose! Though sometimes, just like your entry for the prize-winning watermelon at the State Fair, things may fall short and we are here to make it right.

If you are unsatisfied with the service you have received, we urge you to reach out to us via the little green icon in the bottom right of your screen so we can assist you further.

Premium Subscription Payment Refunds:

  • A member may cancel their subscription at any time.

  • Annual memberships cancelled before the membership term ends will be issued a pro-rated refund for the balance of their membership that went unused. For example, if you purchase an annual membership and decide to cancel after 6-months, you would receive 6-months worth of your payment as a pro-rated refund for the unused months.

  • Monthly memberships cancelled before the membership month ends are not eligible for refund and you will have access to your subscription services until the month ends.

Fee-for-Success Product Refunds:

  • Deposits are non-refundable but feel free to reach out to us if you have questions.

  • If you are approved for funding and decide not to move forward with it for any reason, your fee will be waived.

Up-Front Fee Product Refunds:

  • Up-Front fees are non-refundable. However, if you are deemed unserviceable for the product you purchased, you can receive the payment as a credit towards other, more relevant FarmRaise services and products.
