Can't link a bank account. Bank account not supported. Trouble connecting to a bank. Trouble logging in to my bank account. Can't find bank

We are sorry to hear that you are having trouble linking to your bank account. There are a few reasons why this could be happening.

You cannot find your bank account in the search.

  1. The search function in Plaid (our bank connector provider) can be a little difficult sometimes.

  2. Make sure that you have spelled the name of your bank correctly and that you have your bank's website

  3. If you still can't find it after double-checking spelling and the website, your bank is likely not connected with Plaid.

The bank is not connected with Plaid.

  1. We are so sorry that your bank account is not connected with Plaid

  2. If you tell us the name of your bank, the location, and their website, this can help us to put a request in with Plaid

  3. We also recommend reaching out to your bank and asking if they are looking to connect with Plaid or to request that they do.

It says it is connected with Plaid, but it says "trouble connecting"

  1. Sometimes Plaid says that it is connected with your bank, but there is trouble connecting. Unfortunately, this is either an issue on Plaid side or the bank side.

  2. Please contact us with the name of your bank, location, and website, and we will put in a ticket with Plaid to fix the issue.
