If you do not perform authenticated milk recording, yields may still be added to your FarmWizard account to assist with herd performance analysis. The Yield Manager offers two methods for entering 24 hour milk yields:
Manual entry
Automatic import from auto-parlour
To enter daily milk yields for each cow, proceed as follows:
Dairy Manager > Yield Manager, click on Record New
A data grid will display listing all cows in the current FarmWizard herd. Enter the Date, Done By and any Notes
Enter the AM, PM and/or Night yield values for each freeze brand as required
Note: FarmWizard can import daily milk yields from many electronic milking parlours. If you would like to discuss setting up a data link, please contact the Farm Success Team.
