How to Translate a Survey Questionnaire
To change the language of a survey questionnaire:
Go to the Survey Questionnaire page.
In the top-right corner, locate the language dropdown menu.
Click on the dropdown and select your preferred language.
The page will instantly translate, allowing clients to complete the survey in the language chosen.
This feature ensures clients can understand each question and provide accurate responses without language barriers.
How to Translate Articles on the Landing Page
Clients can also read articles on the landing page in their chosen language. To change the language on the landing page:
Find the language dropdown menu, located similarly in the top-right corner of the page.
Click the dropdown and choose a language.
The page will reload, displaying the article content in the selected language.
This way, clients can stay informed with content that’s accessible and easy to understand.
