Getting Started with Sequential Procedures

Getting Started with Sequential Procedures

  1. Accessing the Sequential Procedure Page

Begin by clicking on the "Sequential Procedure" option in the sidebar. This takes you to the Sequential Procedure page where the magic happens.

  2. Browsing Your Sequential Procedures

Here, you'll find a list of all the sequential procedures that you and your team have created under settings. Simply click on the intended procedure to open its details.

  3. Exploring Sequential Tasks

Dive into the sequential tasks within your chosen procedure. These tasks are locked in their order, so you won't be able to rearrange them. Any customization can be done via the settings in the procedure section.

  4. Managing Cases with Sequential Procedures

Keep an eye on the cases that are utilizing sequential procedures. As you and your team complete tasks or finish assigned work, the cases move forward to the next task. This visual progress tracking helps you gauge each case's position within the sequential journey.

Helpful Tips

  • You can switch your cases from sequential to regular procedures, but not from one sequential procedure to another sequential procedure.

  • Transitioning a case from sequential to regular procedures will keep all items intact but detach them from the previous sequential path.

  • Once you've set a case to regular procedures, you can't convert it back to a sequential procedure.

In a world where order and consistency matter, Sequential Procedures are your reliable companion. Streamline your tasks, track your progress, and empower your team with this efficient workflow method.
