Social media can be used to help establish someone’s identity and/or work, which helps to improve their Trustworthy Score so that we can verify the transaction.

Why am I being asked to verify my place of work? 

We might ask you to verify your place of work in order to boost your Trustworthy Score. If you're currently not working or you're self-employed, don’t worry, we'll try to verify the transaction with different information.

Why do I need to submit a proof of address? 

For some rental requests we might require a readable proof of address dated within the last 3 months. This can be from a reputable bank, utility bill, council tax bill or HMRC. Please note that we'll also accept a screenshot of your online bank statement, provided it's dated within the last 3 months.
