Item not returned (VALUE UNDER £1000)

For when a renter has not returned your item (Valued under £1000) at the agreed time or 24 hours after the rental end-date.

For when a renter has not returned your item (Valued over £1000) at the agreed return time or 24 hours after the rental end-date.

Item damaged

For when your item has been returned fully or partially damaged during the rental on the platform.

For when your item has been returned, but later than the agreed return time or after 24 hours from the rental start date.
