How to View Your Trip Itinerary or Invoice

Melon offers the ability to send trip itinerary emails shortly after confirmation and send an invoice or receipt email 24 hours later. The recipients of these emails vary based on company settings. If you are unable to locate either of these emails, follow the steps outlined below…

How to find your itinerary -

1. Log into your Melon account to access the My Trips page

2. Under Upcoming Trips, select the trip you are looking for

3. Once selected, you will see an overview of what segments (flights, hotel, car, or train) that you have booked for this trip. From here you can click into each segment to view more details. Additionally, you can obtain a copy of your itinerary by clicking Download Itinerary or share your trip with something else by clicking Share Trip.


How to find your invoice or receipt –

Invoices or receipts for Melon bookings will be emailed 24 hours after a trip is confirmed if this setting is configured by your company's administrators. The recipients of these emails also vary based on your company's configuration settings. If you did not receive this email 24 hours after confirming your trip (don’t forget to check junk folders!) contact your dedicated travel team. They can confirm the setting your company has enabled, and if necessary provide you a copy of the email.
