At checkout, you can add your seating preferences for your upcoming journey.

Please note the option to add seating will depend on the service you are booking, as some trains don't allow you to pre-book seats.

When requesting seats, you can specify the following:

  • Journey Segments: Choose your preferred seating for specific portions of your journey, such as the outbound or return trip.

  • Seating Location: Select your desired location on the train, such as a quiet carriage.

  • Seat Orientation: This includes options such as forward-facing, Window or Aisle.

  • Seat Amenities: Request seats with specific amenities like table space or luggage/power outlets nearby.

The train company will assign the best available seats based on your requests. Please note - that seating assignments are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed but every effort to accommodate your preferences will be made.
