As an authorised Trip Arranger not only can you make bookings on behalf of other travellers, you can also update their travel profiles in Melon.

To do this, you need to have allocated them to your profile (if it hasn’t already been done).

Add the Traveller to Your Profile

  • If the traveller's profile hasn't been pre-assigned to you, you'll need to add them first.

  • Go to the "Trip Arranger" tab in your "My Account" section on the Hey Menu.

  • Select "Add traveller" and search for the traveller by their surname.

  • Click "Save" to add the traveller to your profile.

Search and Select the Traveller

  • In the "My Account" section, you'll see a drop-down list at the top. Click to show the list of available travellers assigned to you.

  • Alternatively, you can type the traveller's surname and select their name from the list.

Update Traveller Profile Details

  • Once you've selected the traveller, all the tiles located below on the "My Account" page will display the traveller's information.

  • You can update the traveller's profile details such as contact information, passport information, loyalty programs, and preferences.
