For your travellers to start using Melon, you will need to create a profile for them.
Creating a new traveller profile is as simple as following these 5 steps:
In your Hey Menu, go to Admin Portal and select the Users tab
Click Add New User
Select the appropriate group for the new traveller (Remember, any travellers that sit in that group will adopt the policy settings for that group!)
Enter the required fields:
First and Last name (as per passport/ID)
Email address
Once completed click Save and the new profile will be created!
Once created, travellers can add additional information like passport details, emergency contacts, and travel preferences.
