On your Melon Itinerary you have two confirmation numbers:
Melon Confirmation Number - Used to locate your Melon Booking within the Corporate Traveller system
Airline Booking Reference - The number you will use to locate and check-in for your flight on the Airline's website
Please note: Depending on the airline, your Melon Confirmation Number and Airline Booking Reference may sometimes be the same!
To find your booking reference, you have two options:
1. Access your booking in Melon:
Go to the "Upcoming Trips" section on your Melon homepage, or click on the "My Trips" tab at the top of the page and in your “Hey menu”.
Once you have located your booking, Click on the booking tile to view the details.
Your Melon confirmation number and Airline booking reference will be displayed next to your flight information.
2. Check your confirmation email:
When you booked your trip, you received a confirmation email containing your travel details including your Melon Confirmation number and airline booking reference.
