Depending on your company travel policy, you may find that certain flights or hotels fall outside of your company policy guidelines.

These options will be indicated by the Out-of-Policy badge (below) and you will be unable to book these online through your Melon Platform

Please note: Melon Chat cannot assist with booking out-of-policy flights and hotels!

To book an out-of-policy rate, please contact your dedicated travel manager during business hours and they will be able to assist you.
