If you’ve lost something during your game, don’t worry—here’s what you can do to try and recover it:

1. Check the venue lost & found

Most venues have a lost & found area where items that have been left behind are kept. Make sure to check with the staff at the venue to see if they have your item.

2. Contact our support team

If you can’t find your item at the venue, don’t hesitate to reach out to us. You can contact our support team at support@fcurban.com and we will check with our masters to see if they saw it or took it with them, so we can help return it to you.
