Why is my game canceled?
Updated over a month ago

At FC Urban, we aim to make sure every scheduled game goes ahead. However, sometimes cancellations are unavoidable. Here’s why a game might be canceled and what happens next:

1️⃣ Not enough players

FC Urban games need a minimum number of players to ensure a fun and balanced match. If we don’t reach that number, we may have to cancel the game.

  • You will receive a notification as soon as possible

  • Your game credits will be refunded

2️⃣ Bad weather or unsafe conditions

If the weather makes playing unsafe (heavy rain, storms, or extreme conditions), we may need to cancel the game.

  • We’ll notify you as soon as the decision is made

  • Your game credits will be refunded

3️⃣ Venue issues

Sometimes, a game may be canceled due to unexpected venue problems, such as last-minute closures or light issues.

  • We’ll inform you as soon as we know

  • If possible, we’ll try to relocate or reschedule the game

  • If the game is canceled, you’ll get your credits back

4️⃣ Unexpected circumstances

Occasionally, external factors (such as city regulations or unforeseen events) may force us to cancel a game. We always try to find a solution, but sometimes cancellations are unavoidable.
