Can I downgrade my membership?

Yes! If you'd like to downgrade your plan, you can easily do so in a few simple steps:

  1. Open the FC Urban App or Website: Log in to your account using your credentials.

  2. Navigate to Your Profile: Click on your profile icon

  3. My Membership

  4. Select the plan you would like to downgrade to. Review the available membership options and select a plan that better matches your usage and budget.

  5. Confirm Your Selection: Follow the on-screen prompts to confirm your downgrade. You may need to agree to new terms or conditions.

When will this change take effect?

The downgrade will take effect on your next billing period.

  • Example: If you're currently on a SMART plan that was activated on February 5th, your plan will downgrade to LITE on your next renewal date, which is March 5th. You will be charged the LITE plan rate accordingly.

From this point forward, your plan will be LITE unless you make any further changes. For additional assistance or questions about your membership, you can contact FC Urban support through the app or website.
