Yes! If you'd like to downgrade your plan, you can easily do so in a few simple steps:
1️⃣ Profile
2️⃣ Settings
3️⃣ My Membership
4️⃣ Select the plan you would like to downgrade to.
5️⃣ Click on "Downgrade Plan"
When will this change take effect?
The downgrade will take effect on your next billing period.
Example: If you're currently on a SMART plan that was activated on February 5th, your plan will downgrade to LITE on your next renewal date, which is March 5th. You will be charged the LITE plan rate accordingly.
From this point forward, your plan will be LITE unless you make any further changes.
