Open the FC Urban app or website — log in to your account using your credentials.
Navigate to your profile — click on your profile icon and go to the "My Membership" page.
Select your new plan — review the available membership options and select a plan that better matches your usage and budget.
Confirm your selection — follow the on-screen prompts to confirm your downgrade. You may need to agree to updated terms or conditions.
Important: What happens to your credits when you downgrade?
Before confirming your downgrade, please be aware of how your credits are affected:
Any unused subscription credits from your current plan will be removed at the point of downgrade — they do not carry over to your new plan.
Pay per game credits purchased separately remain valid and are not affected by a plan change.
We strongly recommend using any remaining subscription credits before downgrading to avoid losing them.
When will this change take effect?
The downgrade will take effect on your next billing period.
