How do I switch from a membership to pay-per-game?
There's no direct "switch" option — moving from a membership to pay-per-game simply means cancelling your current plan and booking future games individually once your membership ends. Here's how to do it:
Step 1: Use up your remaining credits
Before cancelling, head to My Games to check your credit balance. Any unused subscription credits will be removed when your membership ends, so it's worth booking any upcoming games before you cancel.
Step 2: Cancel your membership
Go to your Profile
Tap Settings
Select My Membership
Click Cancel Membership and confirm
Your membership will remain active until your next renewal date — you can still play and use credits right up until then.
Step 3: Book games as pay-per-game
Once your membership has ended, you can still book and play games — you'll just pay per game at the standard rate rather than using a monthly plan.
Worth knowing before you cancel:
Unused subscription credits are lost when your membership ends — they cannot be refunded or converted.
Pay per game credits purchased separately are not affected and remain valid.
If you're only stepping away temporarily, pausing your membership (Smart & Ultimate plans only) may be a better option than cancelling outright.
If you rejoin later, your stats and game history will still be there waiting for you.
