Updated over a year ago

The Maximum Absolute Drawdown is a the maximum allowed loss from your initial account balance on any given day.

The Max Absolute Drawdown is 10% x Initial Account Balance.

The equity or the balance of the account must not fall below 90% of the initial account balance, both open and closed positions, including commissions and swaps.

For example, if your initial account balance is $100,000

The Max Absolute Drawdown will be 10% x $100,000 = $10,000

To better understand your limits, always follow your account loss analysis, which is located in your dashboard.
