If figures aren’t updating as expected in Feasly, it’s usually a temporary sync issue.
🌐 What’s Happening?
Sometimes, internet delays or local caching can cause Feasly’s API calls to lag.
Your data is still safe — it just may not appear to update straight away.
Here’s what to do:
🔁 Step 1: Refresh the Page
The quickest fix is a simple browser refresh.
On Mac: Press
Command + R
On Windows: Press
Ctrl + R
Or click the browser’s refresh icon.
💪 Step 2: Do a Hard Reload (Force Refresh)
If a normal refresh doesn’t work, try a hard reload to clear stored files and force your browser to pull fresh data — perfect if figures aren’t updating.
Right click anywhere on the page and select Inspect
Once the Dev Tools panel opens, right click on your browser’s refresh icon
Select Hard Reload from the menu
This should clear any cached scripts or styles that are blocking updates.
🟢 Google Chrome (Windows or Mac)
Right-click anywhere on the page and select Inspect
When the Dev Tools panel opens (usually at the side or bottom), right-click the Refresh icon located in the browser toolbar (Look for the 🔄 circular arrow (browser reload icon) near your address bar).
Select Hard Reload
Or use a shortcut:
Ctrl + Shift + R
(Windows)Command + Shift + R
(Mac) — works, but doesn’t clear cache as fully as the right-click method.
🟣 Mozilla Firefox
Hold Shift
Click the Refresh icon — or press:
Ctrl + Shift + R
(Windows)Command + Shift + R
(Mac)
This only clears the cache for the current site.
🔵 Safari (Mac only)
Safari doesn’t have a one-click hard reload — but here’s how to clear the cache:
Press
Option + Command + E
to Empty All CachesThen refresh with
Command + R
Or:
Go to Safari > Settings > Advanced, tick “Show Develop menu in menu bar”. From the new Develop menu, choose Empty Caches.
⚠️ This clears all cached sites, not just Feasly.
