💰 How Profit is Treated

  • Equity Injections & Repayments are non-taxable and handled in the Cashflow.

  • Equity Returns are distributed after tax and shown here.

  • Tab order sets the equity payback waterfall — Developer Equity is always repaid last.

Tip: Net Profit After Distribution should equal $0 (i.e. all profit distributed).

🤝 Third-Party Equity

Set up injections and return types in the Equity Funding section.

  • Equity Investment: Returned pre-tax

  • Equity Returns: Paid post-tax

  • Add multiple return types — e.g. % of Net Profit or Fixed Interest

  • % Interest = Equity × Rate × Project Length

  • Add related Equity Fees (non-taxable deduction)

🧠 Seek Professional Advice
