📤 Sharing Feasibilities
Share projects, transfer ownership, or remove access directly from your Feasly dashboard (project share button).
Feasly users: receive an invite and dashboard notification.
New users: receive a sign-up link to Feasly.
Shared Project (View-Only)
View-only means your can't edit.
Updates live with owner’s changes.
Can duplicate to new project in dashboard.
Owner Project
Controls all edits.
Can share with multiple people.
Remove access anytime.
Transfer ownership (your access becomes view-only).
🔗 How to Share a Project
Remember shared projects will provide view-only access, live update with changes you make.
Click the Share Button ( right side of your dashboard).
Select Project/ Scenarios to share.
Enter Email click Share.
Manage Sharing anytime:
Remove members.
Change scenarios shared.
Resend invites.
Add more people.
Transfer ownership.
👥 Accepting a Shared Project
Check email/ dashboard notification for invite.
Click Accept Shared Project in notifications (left navigation panel).
Shared project now appears in your dashboard (view-only).
Duplicate → create your own editable copy
Request ownership if you need full control.
To duplicate → Add button > select duplicate to new project
📥 Uploads by the Feasly Team
If Feasly uploads a feaso for you:,
Receive the shared project email.
Accept the shared project (via dashboard notifications).
Let us know the project is visible in your dashboard.
We transfer ownership to you.
Accept the ownership-transfer (via dashboard notifications).
Go to Share button: find the Feasly team member → Delete Access.
Tip: After transfer, you’re the owner. Removing the team member ensures only you can access the project.
