If a seller’s BuyBotPro account is linked to their Amazon Seller account, then the indicators for each of the factors in the feature will show without needing to click on Analyze.
The Meltable indicator will show red if it is a heat-sensitive product that Amazon deem likely to be compromised in warmer temperatures.
Products listed as meltable are prohibited from being sold through FBA at warmer times of the year, though the timing of this will be dependent on location. Check with Amazon for specific marketplaces.
The IP Radar indicates whether a product is protected by Intellectual Property rights by the brand, and if there is evidence they make claims against third party sellers. This is the Alert that could result in the most serious consequences if amber or red and not heeded.
BuyBotPro regularly monitors more than 5000 brands across Amazon for IP infringement claims, but sellers should do their own due diligence.
Products classified as oversized incur additional fees to be sold through the FBA network. If the Oversize indicator shows amber or red the fees included in the results will likely be higher than standard fees.
The Buy Box Analysis indicator shows whether there is evidence that Amazon have shared the Buy Box in the previous 90 days. The Buy Box Statistics feature will provide further detail on how Amazon share it.
The final indicator in the Alerts feature is Variations. Products may have alternative sizes, colours or versions selling that are linked to the listing being analysed, and BuyBotPro will indicate this here.
This helps sellers determine that they are purchasing a product that matches the listing, but also potential additional products to source and analyse.
There will be a number shown in the amber circle if there are different ASINs linked to the listing, indicating how many variations there are.
For all indicators in the Alerts section, hovering over the coloured indicator will provide further information on the status of that alert.
As with all sections in the BuyBotPro panel, the Alerts section can be hidden or moved anywhere in the panel with the Section Customizer, or minimised with the arrow in the section title box.
