It is ordered in ascending price except when the Buy Box is held by a seller whose price is higher than the low price. The number 1 position in the Competition Analysis is always the Buy Box winning seller - if there is one - regardless of the price.

The top ten priced sellers are shown in the Competition Analysis. Amazon require sellers to be in that top ten to be considered eligible for the Buy Box.

The Stock Level numbers held by each seller is as accurate as possible – Amazon don’t reveal actual sales data – with BuyBotPro algorithms calculating this based on Amazon activity.

It is recommended any other Amazon Chrome Extensions are turned off to avoid interfering with the data transmission and potentially compromise the accuracy of stock levels.

Hovering over each stock level will reveal information on the seller, and there is colour coding to show the seller type:

  • Green is FBA (Fulfilled By Amazon)

  • Orange is Amazon

  • No colour is MF (Merchant Fulfilled)

  • Blue is MF Prime

The price (including delivery in the case of MF sellers) each seller is selling at is displayed, as is the profit margin and R.O.I. which is based on the Buy Price input in the Calculation box.

The Competition Analysis also details each seller’s reviews, and again hovering over will reveal more detail.

There is a toggle above the table to choose to only see Prime sellers which will filter out MF sellers but keep Amazon, FBA and MF Prime sellers – these are the sellers most likely to be competing for the Buy Box, in most listings.

The Delivery Date column displays the soonest expected date for delivery from each seller, with speed of delivery one of the key factors when Amazon allocates the Buy Box.

At the bottom of the Competition Analysis there are three boxes showing combined listing data:

  • Total stock of the TOP TEN sellers

  • Total number of Prime sellers (including those not in the top ten)

  • Total number of MF sellers (including those not in the top ten)

Historic data from the Competition Analysis is also shown in the Offers And Reviews chart which - when used in tandem with the main BuyBotPro chart - helps decipher trends which can be pivotal in deciding on a deal.

The Competition Analysis is a key factor used by BuyBotPro to formulate its Confidence Score and, for many sellers, is one of the first data points they consider during analysis.
