All subscriptions include a 14-Day Free Trial. If, for any reason, at the end of the 14 days you aren’t satisfied your subscription can be cancelled without charge. Simply notify support by emailing info@buybotpro.com.

BuyBotPro subscription prices are all grandfathered, meaning the price paid at the time of signing up is the price that subscription remains for its lifetime.

Sellers wishing to upgrade from a monthly subscription to annual can request the change at any time by contacting support.

A monthly subscription can be cancelled at the end of the current month also by contacting the team.

Pro and Enterprise subscriptions include Suspension Safeguard.

Suspension Safeguard is a service offered by GetUnSuspended which offers protection for accounts subject to suspension issues on Amazon. The partnership provides access to services and professionally written templates to help draft a Plan Of Action, a requirement by Amazon when account suspension is being considered.

It also includes one-to-one email help from a suspension expert to answer any questions regarding the case.

These services can be purchased separately, however Get UnSuspended’s services are available at an exclusive rate as an add-on to a BuyBotPro subscription.

Suspension Safeguard can be added to a subscription at any time in the first 30 days of a subscription.
