Using the VA Toolbox in their BuyBotPro panel they will need to login to it using the email address they have been registered with when added as a new VA.

Once logged in clicking Start will start the Monitoring clock in the corner which logs how long the VA is sourcing for. By selecting Finish they will stop the clock and the session will be logged for the seller to see in the VA Manager.

Whilst logged into the VA Toolbox VAs can continue sourcing and switch across different Amazon listings and remain logged in.

Once a VA analyses a deal the SUBMIT DEAL button will show up in orange.

At the end of their sourcing session, once they click Finish, all the deals, screenshots taken during the session and time stamps will show in the VA Manager.

Importantly, the Deal Criteria that a seller has set for VAs is also visible in the VA Toolbox.

This could be the same as in the BuyBotPro Score Adjuster in Settings, which would make their BuyBotPro AI Analysis reflect that criteria, but doesn’t need to be if a seller chooses to set different parameters for VAs.

VAs have the same access to BuyBotPro that sellers do so can use all the features to find deals.
