Popular uses of this feature include keeping a record to refer back to when replenishing stock, deals that are bookmarked for purchase at a later date, or to compile deals for certain suppliers.
To use the feature, a link to a Google Sheet needs to be set up.
In Settings - in the Advanced section - there is a Google Sheets box. To add a new Sheet to Google Export, click on the +Add button and in the Google ID space copy and paste the URL of the Google Sheet - or Tab within a Sheet - into the box.
In the Name column, give the Sheet a label for the button on the Export feature, i.e. Walmart Replens, Christmas Deals, Purchased Deals.
The Tab Id needs to be the name of the Google Sheets Tab being linked, using EXACTLY the same name as the tab in the Sheet.
Scroll to the right in the Google Sheets setting and there is a link to customise the Sheet, a toggle to choose to Auto Export deals, and option to delete the Google Sheet from the Export feature.
Click on customise and a list of all the features and data points that can be exported from BuyBotPro to a Google Sheet will appear. Simply remove or re-arrange as preferred and select OK at the bottom to save the selections.
Each Google Sheet can be individually customised.
The Export feature in the main BuyBotPro panel has a Source URL box, in which to enter the link to the product page from the retailer. Copy and paste the link before exporting the deal and it will save this into the Sheet then selected.
To add a deal to a Google Sheet click on the button for the sheet it should be saved it.
Google Sheets is free to use, so simply login to a Google Account on Chrome and create new sheets and tabs to export deals to. There is no limit to the number of links to Sheets that can be created.
As with all sections in the BuyBotPro panel, the Export section can be hidden or moved anywhere in the panel with the Section Customizer, or minimised with the arrow in the section title box.
