Usually there is a quick fix users can action themselves.

The first thing to check is that the Amazon account signed into is an Amazon Seller account, not a personal account. This can mean the results BuyBotPro collate won’t be doing so with the correct information.

The next two things to ensure are that all of your software is up to date. Issues most frequently occur when Google Chrome is conducting one of their regular updates. To check the version in use is the latest one:

1. Open Google Chrome

2. Check if there is an Update button showing at the top right of the window

3. If so, update Google Chrome

4. If there isn’t an Update button, click on the three dots on the top right of the window

5. Go to Settings

6. Select About Google Chrome

7. Google Chrome will check for updates

8. If an update is required then update it, close all Google Chrome windows if it hasn’t automatically and relaunch

When Google Chrome is up to date a message like the one below will show.

Once Google Chrome is up to date, check that the BuyBotPro extension is up to date.

1. Open the Extensions tab, either from the same Settings menu or the Extensions icon in the task bar

2. Locate the BuyBotPro extension and ensure the toggle is switched on

3. At the top of the Extensions tab click on Update

If following these steps doesn’t fix the issue, check in on our Facebook community for any recent posts in case this is a common issue amongst users.

In the case that it appears to be an isolated issues don’t hesitate to contact our support team at info@buybotpro.com.
