To achieve the most accurate results with BuyBotGo, it is important to make sure the app has the right information about a seller’s business and purchase criteria.

In the Settings – the cog icon at the top right of the screen – sellers can choose the options that closest fit the status and costs associated with their business.

In the BuyBotGo Settings, the Basic section requires selection of the marketplace and the VAT status (if applicable), as well as some of the fundamental settings and costs associated with Retail Arbitrage.

For help in completing this section, each option has a question mark icon which will show additional detail when tapped.

The ROI method will determine what costs are considered when BuyBotGo analyses a deal, impacting the Profit and ROI of that deal.

Each fee or cost box, which are intended as costs specific to the user, add those additional costs to the analysis results. BuyBotGo calculates the Amazon fees automatically for each individual ASIN.

For sellers using BuyBotPro these may be the same they use there, and this is an opportunity to add in any additional costs (fuel, parking etc.) incurred when conducting Retail Arbitrage.

Sellers should select if they are selling as MF or FBA sellers in order for the correct Amazon fees to be deducted.

The Advanced settings refer to a seller’s VAT status (for countries where VAT is applicable), as well as letting BuyBotGo know they are enrolled in the Dangerous Goods Program.

Additional fees associated with selling Merchant Fulfilled should be entered here, as well as which European Marketplace option best applies for those selling across borders.

Choose whether the Sell Price on Amazon shown in scan results is the Low FBA price or the current Buy Box, if they are different.

The IOSS Settings is where sellers can choose which countries are included in the IOSS section of the scan results.

If features such as IOSS aren’t required by a seller it can be removed in the Home Settings. Any of the features that show in the Home screen can be added or removed here.

Enter the Amazon Merchant Token to have BuyBotGo indicate in the Competition Analysis if an offer is the seller’s.

To see Competition Analysis results, enter a preferred Zip/Postal Code so BuyBotGo can find competitors for the correct marketplace.

Enter the criteria for the BuyBotGo Score – the equivalent to the BuyBotPro AI Analysis – should be entered in the BBG Score Adjuster section.

The same benchmarks as in BuyBotPro, though some sellers choose to use stricter or more generous BSR, ROI or Profit requirements when sourcing with Retail Arbitrage.

Click on Save to apply any changes to these settings.
