1. Direct message the team from the BuyBotPro website. Click on the messaging icon on the bottom right of the page where there will be a prompt to search for the issue in our help section.
If the answer to the query isn’t quickly obvious, click on the message option and fill out the message box with details of the query.
2. Use the Contact us link at the bottom of any of the pages in the BuyBotPro website. Complete the information required and the team will respond as soon as possible.
3. Email the team at info@buybotpro.com with the query.
4. Visit the BuyBotPro Facebook community and either search for the query in the search bar, or post into the community feed.
The BuyBotPro training team are active in the group and answer any queries promptly. This method will have the added advantage of getting feedback from experienced BuyBotPro users.
They may have experienced the same issue, and are likely to offer insight into how to make the most of BuyBotPro.
