On opening the app users will instantly see items from their inventory, and can scroll down through every SKU listed in their account.
Each SKU displays the listing information in a format very similar to the website.
Select the desired marketplace in which to review or change repricing settings in the dropdown showing one of the active marketplaces.
Use the Repricing toggle to switch Profit Protector Pro’s repricing on and off. Turning this off will mean your price will revert to the price that is set in Amazon Seller Central for that listing.
If the item is eligible for Amazon’s Small & Light program, select the S&L toggle to notify Profit Protector Pro to apply the appropriate fees to its calculations.
The FBA and FBM selector tells Profit Protector Pro which fulfilment fees will be applicable to the listing, as will the Retail and Wholesale option. Selecting Retail will include VAT in the buy price, whereas Wholesale will discount it.
Enter or change the price the item was purchased for in the Buy Price box and, if the VAT% to be accounted for is different to standard, enter it in the VAT% box.
The selling price that will result in breaking even on a product should be entered in the Break Even box. This can be automatically calculated using the Automate B/E and Min Max feature.
For users using Buy Bot Pro to analyse products on Amazon, an accurate break even price can be generated from their analysis.
Min and Max prices can be changed at any time using the labelled boxes. Double-check before saving any changes in these prices to ensure they are prices that are acceptable for the item to be sold at.
To save any changes made tap Save, or to remove any data added since the last save select Cancel.
At any time, change the repricing strategy for a listing by selecting one from the strategy dropdown. Any Custom Strategies built on the website, and set as active, will appear on this list.
Similarly, any Automations that have been built and saved on the Profit Protector Pro website will appear in the Automations dropdown.
The three buttons at the bottom of each SKU are self-explanatory:
Automate B/E and Min/Max will set these for that SKU using the rules saved in the Automate Break Even and Min/Max settings
Automate All Marketplaces will do this for all marketplaces, not just the marketplace in view, on that listing
Analyze with BBP will open the BuyBotGo app, for those with it installed
Any changes made will be actioned instantly.
