PPP pulls over any listings that are active in a linked Amazon Seller Account and show them in the Inventory and Repricing tabs.

The Inventory tab contains all the listings that Profit Protector Pro has ever repriced for the account holder, with some basic information for each listing for quick reference.

The filter dropdown has more than a dozen filters with which to focus in on items within certain parameters, including:

  • In stock in Amazon

  • Out of stock at Amazon

  • FBA or FBM listings

  • Whether repricing is turned on or off

  • Inventory that needs Min or Max setting – required to have PPP reprice

  • Buy Box winners

  • Retail or Wholesale sourced products

  • Listings with Automations set

Clicking on Show Strategies will display filters allowing users to filter in or out SKUs based on the strategy being deployed.

These same filters can also be applied in the Repricing tab with the Filter dropdown at the top.

Users can manually add any product on Amazon into Profit Protector Pro from a listing’s page. Using the Chrome extension – or the BuyBotPro integration – it can be beneficial to set up and save a product to PPP before purchasing.

Simply enter the Min and Max prices, choose a strategy, and click Save in PPP and it will be added to Profit Protector Pro. This will mean it is ready to get repricing as soon when stock is live on Amazon.

In addition to the filters, there is a Sort feature to arrange the order in which SKUs appear in the Repricing and Inventory tabs.

Next to Sort is a dropdown to choose how many ASINs show in a page – useful for sellers holding a large number of SKUs.

Deleting inventory manually from Profit Protector Pro can be done from the PPP listing in the Repricing tab. Click on the trash icon to remove it.

NOTE: SKUs deleted from PPP that were added to Amazon inventory in the previous 24 hours will be re-added to Profit Protector Pro when it syncs with the linked Amazon account.

To have Profit Protector Pro automatically delete listings when they are removed from Amazon inventory in Seller Central, use the Seller Central Inventory Sync feature. Find it in PPP Settings in the Account tab.

When turned on, PPP will automatically delete items that are no longer active and present in your Seller Central account.

Products that are no longer detected/active will be hidden after 24 hours and then deleted from Profit Protector Pro after 30 days.
