When Virtual Assistants log in to their profile, they see a slightly limited version of Sellerbility compared to the main user’s.
They get enough access to start new searches and review ones they have conducted, but can only see their activity. They will be able to conduct the same number of active searches as the main user’s subscription plan allows.
From the main user’s account, to see only the searches made by VAs, click on Manage in the Virtual Assistants section of the menu bar.
Each VA will have its own profile, just click on the name of the one to review.
Any Active, Queued or Completed searches will be shown in their profile, including the type of search, how many deals Sellerbility found and the time and dates of the search.
Click on Open to access the corresponding search results.
The same searches can be found in the Completed tab. Each search is labelled with the identity of who conducted it.
Virtual Assistants can add deals they think are of interest to the main user to the Deal Stack. To filter these out, in the Deal Stack screen, use the dropdown at the top of the page to choose to see all deals saved or only deals added by the VA.
If there are multiple VA profiles set up on an account they can be prioritized by dragging and dropping their position in the list.
The ranking will determine which Virtual Assistant’s searches are prioritized when more than one person with search permissions in the account are using Sellerbility at the same time.
This order will be reflected in the Deal Stack dropdown and determine which VA’s profile is opened first when in the Manage screen.
Toggling on when a VA adds a new item is added to Deal Stack will help prevent missing out on a deal or even getting the jump on competitors.
In-time monitoring of VA activity can be managed in the Notifications tab, in Settings. Also choose to be notified when Virtual Assistants sign in or initiates a new scan.
