The Sellerbility pipes – or searches – deliver any deals it finds on retailer sites or from a scan across categories in Amazon.

The full results of these searches are shown in the Completed Searches tab.

Dialling into specific criteria will help save time by focussing in on the deals that matter as Sellerbility can find dozens, or even hundreds, of matches in one search.

At the top of the search results is a filter toggle which opens or closes a filter popup where the menu bar usually sits on the left side of the screen.

Use the Quick Search box at the top to find a specific ASIN or barcode, or search by brand or item name. Alternatively, use the extensive filters further down to add criteria to the search results.

The Essentials section contains the most common key datasets considered by sellers, to help find deals that meet any combination of the three criteria:

  • ROI %

  • Profit

  • Sales Rank

Use the sliders – or enter numbers into the boxes – to adjust the parameters in which deals must fall to be shown in the results. Sales rank can be determined by percentile or rank number.

Also in this section is a filter to choose how fresh the deals are, so how recently the prices were last checked.

The Retailer Product section focusses on the results from the retailer website. Filter in or out whether the product is in stock at the retailer, what section of the retailer website it appears in and – if there are multiple retailers in the search results – pick the retailer results to show.

There is also a comprehensive Amazon Product filter to direct focus on the listings.

Choose how to sort the results using the Order By dropdown, including by Profit, ROI and Estimated Sales.

The monthly sales estimate and seller number parameters can be adjusted using the slider or entering numbers into the data-entry boxes.

The Dimensions and Is Fragile filters allow to keep or hide products for which Amazon have dimensions, or are deemed fragile. The former can be useful as typically listings without dimensions are not sold by FBA sellers, which could offer an added advantage.

Tick the Merchant Fulfilled Only filter to eliminate items with FBA sellers from the search.

Hiding Multipacks will hide any Amazon listings that include a multiple of a product. This can be advantageous when wanting to limit the number of results, or bundles and building multipacks aren’t of interest, but could open a few doors if left unchecked.

To find or avoid certain brands or product types, manually enter words to be included or excluded from the title names of products in either retailer sites or Amazon. This can be helpful to eliminate brands that a seller cannot sell in, or just wishes not to sell or, in fact, if they are targeting certain brands.

Some sellers choose to only sell products above, below or within set price ranges. Use the sliders or entry boxes to set high or low pricing levels.

The Buy Box vs Retailer Price filter acts as a pricing multiplier. Typically, sellers like to see selling prices of at least double that of the buying price – at least at the lower end of selling prices. Enter a number to multiply the retail price by here and Sellerbility will filter out products that don’t have a Buy Box of at least the retailer price multiplied by that number.

For example:

Retailer price £3.50

Buy Box price £6.75

Buy Box vs Retailer Price # 2

This item would not show in the results as the Buy Box price is less than 2x the retailer price.

To hide listings that don’t currently have a Buy Box, select the final option in the Price section.

The BuyBotPro section covers not only the BBP Score, but also the Profit Margin and Break Even results using the additional data BuyBotPro has access to. Use the sliders and entry boxes to add parameters to instantly filter results.

Use the Other dropdown to filter out deals that notes have been previously added to, and products Sellerbility have detected that the user is not eligible to sell on Amazon.

In Presets, apply a previously saved set of filters to a search.

To save the current set of filters as a preset, click on the + tab and a new entry box will appear. Enter a name that represents that filter and click on Save.

To apply it to a search, simply open the Presets section and select the preset filters to be applied and it will do so immediately.
