As well as managing inventory pricing, Profit Protector Pro’s deal indicators quickly – and visually – notify sellers how the SKU is performing with the repricing in place.

These indicators show when an SKU is currently or recently met certain benchmarks.

Perhaps the most crucial marker for most sellers, the BB tag that shows on the top right of a box indicates that the SKU has held the Buy Box in the previous 24 hours. It might not be in Buy Box position at that moment, but it provides assurance that the repricing is competitive.

There are a series of coloured icons that appear in the deal box for a variety of profit or sales benchmarks:

  • Red Rocket: shows when an SKU has achieved sales beyond the Buy Box in the past 36 hours

  • Blue Clock: shows when an SKU has made 10 or more sales in the past 24 hours

  • Purple Coins: shows when a minimum profit of £5 above break even for that SKU in the last 24 hours

  • Green Dollar: shows when the SKU has held the Buy Box for 10% of the time over the previous 30 days

Hover over the icon and the name of the achievement will display. In the example above, the item has been awarded the Buy Box Domination indicator. It hasn’t held the Buy Box in the last 24 hours as the BB tag isn’t showing, but over the last month the repricing in place has put it in competitive positions on a regular basis.

The example ASIN above has not only held the Buy Box in the previous 24 hours as shown by the BB tag, but has also achieved a boost in sales by selling units while not in the Buy Box position.

Use the icons to get a quick notification of whether the current Profit Protector Pro repricing is performing without having to conduct an analysis.
