Changing Payment And User Account Details

Profit Protector Pro has a secure portal for users to manage their account and payment details.

Use this link to access the UK portal, or this link to access the US portal.

Use the Sign Up link if it is the first time accessing the portal, or sign in.

The Home page displays any available credits on the account, the last payment made and a link to the invoice, the card details payment is made from, and any documents shared with PPP.

Find any current or historic subscriptions held with Profit Protector Pro in the Subscriptions tab, and they can be sorted by subscription type and activation date.

The Invoices, Credit Notes and Payments tabs house the account historic records and can be reviewed, downloaded or printed.

These can also be viewed and exported in a statement format in the Statements tab.

To change the payment details for the account, from the Home screen tap on View More above the My Details section.

This will open the My Details page where – using the pen icon – the payment method can be changed in the Payment Details section. Once the card details have been edited click Save to activate the change.

There are also sections where users can change any addresses, the user name and contact details for the account.
