The Journey and Reconciliation screens are helpful when tracking the whereabouts of individual returned items, but the Refund Report offers an overview of all refunds on the account.
In the Sales tab, select Refunds and a list of all the refunds that have been authorized by Amazon will show.
Choose the desired marketplace using the flag icons on the top right, or the globe to see results for all marketplaces.
Click on the Report button next to the marketplace icons and a popup with an overview of the refunds and corresponding costs and fees. The default time period will be the past month’s activity.
Change the period for the results by clicking on the date range underneath the Download PDF Report button. Select a start and end date from the calendar and SKUify will automatically adjust the results.
To download a pdf version of the results for the selected date range click on the Download PDF Report button.
