Tracking The Status Of An Order

As we all know, making a sale on Amazon doesn’t always go to plan.

Amazon’s FBA service is – in the most part – the reason most sellers have got into Online Arbitrage, but there can be hiccups along the order process.

Tracking the status of an order is going to be far simpler in SKUify than it is in Amazon’s native Seller Central.

In the Sales tab, find the Status column and hover over the order to see what stage of the order process the item is in.

There are five results – with different icons – SKUify might show:

  • Pending; either awaiting payment or Amazon are assessing the order

  • Cancelled; either the seller, buyer or Amazon have cancelled the order before it completed

  • Paid; the order is paid for, but awaiting Amazon to fulfil the order

  • Complete; payment is accepted and the item is in the process of being, or has been, dispatched

  • Refund; Amazon have authorized a refund to the buyer

The icons make it quick to spot if any orders require attention, but hover over them to see what the icon means.

For details on any orders showing Refund, click on Refunds at the top of the Sales tab, or go to the Reconciliation or Journey tabs in the main menu.
