To adjust the order in which the inventory is shown click on a column title. Click it again to reverse the order it is sorted.

Price data and stock levels are pulled directly from Amazon.

The cost of goods data is either drawn from a BuyBotPro upload, automatically populated from the COG settings, or can be manually input by the seller here. Click on the figure to review the COGs breakdown and amend if required.

The fulfilment method is also automatically drawn from Seller Central and indicated by different icons:

  • Orange; Amazon FBA

  • Green; FBM or Merchant Fulfilled

  • Blue; Seller-Fulfilled Prime

Any data pulled from Seller Central – such as fulfilment method, selling price, stock levels – cannot be amended in SKUify.

The Amazon Fees are also pulled directly from Amazon. Hovering over the figure will show a breakdown of how the fees are allocated.

SKUify calculate the Gross Profit based on all the data pulled from Amazon and entered by the seller. If all of the settings and COGs have been entered, this will reflect the take-home profit that contribute to the overall results in the Dashboard.

SKUify provides in-depth historic data from each SKU. Click on the icon in the ASIN Overview column to reveal detailed data for that product:

  • A breakdown of its profit over a range of periods

  • Sales overview from all marketplaces the seller is active in

  • Sales and profit chart

  • Inventory status

  • Inventory age

  • Storage fees

Adjust the date range by clicking on the calendar icon.

Find the VAT rate for the product in the Additional Information column (click on the VAT button to amend the rate), and quick links to the listing Seller Central and on the Amazon website.

Add any notes for future reference in the popup in the final column.

SKUify also flag any changes to a listing. In the example above there has been a change made to the title on Amazon. Clicking on the icon will explain the change made and, in most cases, the option to see more detail.
