In BuyBotPro's VA Manager, there is a section called 'BuyBotWholesale.' In this article, we'll explain how you can use it.
This allows you to upload spreadsheets you've received from wholesale suppliers and have the feature analyse every item within the sheet.
This'll make it quick and easy to establish which products you'd like to go ahead with in your Amazon business.
Click 'Import Xlsx or CSV' to upload your product spreadsheet.
Once uploaded, you'll need to map the columns.
It's important the spreadsheet at least has the required information in order for section to be mapped correctly.
The options in each drop down section are determined by the information in the spreadsheet.
Here's the different fields;
-Name the sheet
-Choose the product code
-Select the marketplace you're analysing in
-You can choose the title/name the item uses
-Choose the Buy Price the feature will use
-You can determine the VAT rate the feature will use when calculating. You could leave it at 0 for example for everything to be worked out exclusive of VAT, you could enter in the VAT rate for the marketplace (in the UK, VAT is generally 20%) and have BuyBotWholesale work everything out inclusive of VAT
-Sell price (if it's in the spreadsheet)
-Then it'll show you the daily row limit
The daily row limit is how many rows can be analysed each day.
When you're ready, press 'preview.'
This'll then present a list of the product rows and let you know which rows are valid/invalid.
Typically when a row is invalid it'll be due to an incorrect barcode, or missing information.
You can go back and remap columns if a mistake has been made, or if you're happy with the preview, press 'save & send to queue.'
In the menu page, press 'open' on the spreadsheet once it's finished processing.
You can also remove any completed results entries by clicking on the bin icon.
You'll then be able to see all of the analysis results:
The analysis results will help you determine which products will work best for your business.
To help you work through the results, there's plenty of options.
-You can click on the various headers to column headers to sort from highest > lowest, lowest > highest and so forth.
-You can search for specific products if needs be
-Click on 'Analyse' to open up BuyBotPro on the page to do a full analysis
-There's plenty of filters to choose from to. Click on 'advanced filters' or use the sort option drop down menus to help quickly specify which products you'd prefer.
You can add products for a detailed analysis to help you ensure the products you're interested in will meet your criteria.
Then had on over the detailed analysis tab.
There's plenty more analysis results to see here;
You can also customise the columns that appear in the analysis results to make it more concise, if there's certain aspects of the deal analysis you'd prefer not to see.
