Measuring is knowing, guessing is missing! By logging into your portal account and clicking on "Statistics" in the left column, you can view statistics of your reviews. Our statistics module gives you insight into your average scores, the amount of reviews you have collected and the response rate. Under "Statistics" you can choose between "Totals" and "Sub-scores". An explanation will be given for both part.

Totals

Under the tab "Totals" you can first choose a time period.

When you have selected a time period you can scroll down and you will see an overview of the results of the selected time period.

Sub-scores

Under the tab "Sub-scores" you first choose a time period. If you have entered several branches, you can also choose the branche on which you want to see the partial scores.
