Do you want to make changes to your account? You are able to change your password and logo. If you want to change your company address, please contact our helpdesk, we will adjust the address for you.

Edit My account

Go to "My account" by logging into your portal account (https://feedbackcompany.com/account/)

Edit Username

Click on "Enter new password"

Insert your new password

2. Scroll down to "Save changes"

Change company logo

Scroll down to "Company logo (max. 200 x 80 pixels)" under "Company information"
Click "Upload file"
Select the file you want to use
Click "Open"
Click "Save changes"
