One of the most important features of our tool is the customizable Feedback form. At Feedback Company you can assamble your own fully personalised questionnaire. Do you want to get full insights on your business processes? Or do you want an easily accessible Feedback form? It is all up to you.

Possible Questions

  1. Star rated score questions; Add up to 15 star rated questions

  2. Open questions; Add a max total of 5 open questions

  3. Multiple Answer; Question with dropdown

  4. Contact me; Sent a contact request within the Feedback form

  5. Main question; Overall experience with the webshop which is sent to Google

  6. Final score; Your score that is being sent to Google

  7. Recommendation; Would your customer recommend you to others?

  8. NPS; How is your brand being valued? Would your clients recommend your brand to others?

  9. CES; Improve your customer experience with our CES question

Setting up a Feedback form

Our Feedback form wizard is split in 3 tabs (step 1, step 2, design). The first step let you create your Feedback form questions and length. Do you want an easily accessible Feedback form (short) or get more information about your brand and service (long)? Step 2 lets set you up the personal questions. Is there a name required or can they post anonymous? Do you want to know their age and the purchased product? The design tab let you edit the colour of the Feedback form button and gives you the ability to add a coupon.

Step 1

1. Go to the tab "Feedback form" by logging into your portal account (https://beheer.feedbackcompany.com/questions)

2. Add the questions you want to ask your customers - Get the insight you want!

a. Click the ''Add question''

b. Select the question type you want to use

Step 2

Step 2 will let you decide which personal details you want to know about your reviewer.

  1. Go to the tab "Feedback form" by logging into your portal account (https://beheer.feedbackcompany.com/questions)

2. Click on "Step 2"

3. Select what information you want to know about your customer

4. Click on "Purchased product" text bar if you want to change that question

5. Click "Save changes"

Design

On the tab "Design" you can adjust the design of the succespage and add a discount code.

Change the confetti and emoji on the succespage

An "succes emoji" will be shown on the succespage that your customer will see after submitting a review. You have the option to change the emoji as well as to disable the confetti from the success page. The default colors of the confetti are Feedback Company colors. You have the option to match the confetti to your own company branding. This is how the confetti and emoji looks like without adjusting it:

1. Click on the "Design" tab

2. Click on "Succes emoji" to change the emoji shown on the succespage

3. Select "Confetti enabled" for showing confetti on your costumer succespage

4. Choose the confetti colors by filling in your color codes at "Confetti colors"

5. Click "Save changes"

Add a discount code

Do you want to reward your customer for writing a re§view? Then activate our discount code. When activated, your customer will see and receive a discount code to spend in your webshop.

  1. Click on "Questions"

  2. Click on the "Design" tab

  3. Go to the "Text shown with discount code" text bar

  4. Add the text you want to display to your customer after they wrote a review

  5. Add the Discount code

6. Click "Save changes"
