Resetting Your Facebook and Instagram Connection

Need a fresh start with your Facebook or Instagram connection? Here's how to reset it.

Sometimes, simply re-authenticating your account through the Feedbird Scheduler isn't enough to resolve connection issues. This might happen due to changes in your Facebook settings, password updates, or updates from Facebook or Instagram. In these cases, you'll need to disconnect from Facebook directly to completely reset the connection.

Don't worry, it's a straightforward process!

How to Reset Your Connection

  1. Log in to Facebook as the admin of your page.

  2. Go to "Settings & Privacy" > "Settings."

  3. Scroll down and click "Business integrations" on the left-hand side menu.

  4. Find "FeedHive.io" in the list of apps and click "Remove."

  5. Reconnect your account through the Feedbird Scheduler (scheduler.feedbird.com).

💡Here are a few common reasons why you might need to reset your Facebook or Instagram connection:

  • You've changed your Facebook password.

  • You've updated your Facebook settings.

  • Facebook or Instagram has released a new update.

  • You're experiencing persistent connection issues.
