How Do I Upgrade or Downgrade My Feedbird Subscription?

Need to adjust your Feedbird plan? It's easy!

We understand that your needs might change over time. Whether you want to add more services or scale back your current plan, we make it simple to upgrade or downgrade your subscription.

To upgrade your subscription:

If you want to add more services to your existing plan, simply log in to your Client Portal (clients.feedbird.com) and click "Add Services" in the top-right corner.

This will start a new checkout process for any new service you want to add, such as:

  • More social media channels: Expand your reach by adding more platforms for us to manage.

  • Reels and TikToks: Boost engagement with short, eye-catching videos.

  • Blog posts: Establish your expertise and drive traffic to your website with high-quality content.

  • Email marketing: Nurture your leads and customers with engaging email campaigns.

To downgrade your subscription:

The best way to downgrade your subscription is to reach out to your account manager. They'll be happy to discuss your needs and help you adjust your plan accordingly.
