When you sign up for one of our social media services, your Content Creator will spend a considerable amount of time researching your industry and target market. If you’re trying to reach a local audience – wherever they may be – your local area is part of that research.

To point us in the right direction, we have you fill out our Onboarding Questionnaire upon signups. It includes lots of questions related to your business and what you're looking for, such as keywords we can use, a few topics you want us to touch on, and topics we should avoid. Please be as detailed as possible so that we have a solid place to begin. This will help your Content Creator come out of the gate running.
