Once you've completed the signup process, including your payment and onboarding questionnaire, our team gets started right away.

You can typically expect to receive your first batch of content for review within 7-9 business days of completing your onboarding questionnaire.

Why does it take that long?

This timeframe allows us to:

  • Thoroughly research your business and industry: We take the time to understand your brand and your target audience to create the most effective content for your social media goals.

  • Craft compelling social media posts: Our expert writers create original, attention-grabbing posts that are tailored to your brand and audience.

Want to get a head start?

Make sure to complete your onboarding questionnaire as soon as possible. This allows us to start working on your content right away. You can find the questionnaire in your Client Portal.

Important note:

Our team is in the office Monday through Friday. If you sign up on a weekend, your account setup will begin on the following Monday.
